Autumn Leaves Over the River | Tollymore Forest
A branch of golden beech leaves hangs over a river in full flow. A long exposure pulls the water into soft streaks of blue and white, so the leaves become the one still point in the frame.
Photographed one November in Tollymore Forest, at the foot of the Mourne Mountains in Northern Ireland, the image rests on a simple contrast: the warm glow of the leaves against the cold of the water. It brings warmth and movement into a room without being loud, and it sits well in both modern and traditional interiors.
Professionally framed using sustainably sourced, high quality wood. My classic frames are 2.3cm deep with a 2cm face reveal. We use optical grade perspex which is highly durable, very light and offers 94% UV resistance. Framed photographs are mounted with a 2-inch white mat border. All framed prints are supplied with D-rings and cord or sawtooth hangers ready to hang.
I print my photos using leading edge technology with museum grade inks onto a quality matte stock, resulting in beautifully detailed imagery.
The sizes indicated are the finished print sizes, when adding a frame the overall outer edge of the frame will be approximately 3cm larger in height and width than the print size.
My prints sizes have been chosen to work with frames that you can purchase at major retailers worldwide.
To order unframed prints you must choose NONE under Frame when making your selection.
Print orders usually leave my labs in 2-4 working days. Frame orders in 4-7 working days. Loose prints are packed in tubes and framed prints are carefully packaged in double cardboard for the courier service.
You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery.

In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email me within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that I can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, packaging, address label and clear explanation of what has occurred. I will arrange a replacement if the responsibility lies with the courier company.
