Shipping and Handling

You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been completed and shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, it is your responsibly to keep up to date with your own delivery. 

Print orders usually leave my labs in 2-4 working days. Frame orders in 4-7 working days. Loose prints are packed in tubes and framed prints are carefully packaged in double cardboard for the courier service.

Returns Policy 

In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email me within 24 hours upon receipt of goods so that I can discuss a plan of action. Please include photographs of the damage, packaging, address label and clear explanation of what has occurred. I will arrange a replacement if the responsibility lies with the courier company.

I cannot be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.

All items are custom made upon placing your order, so please choose carefully. I am not able to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, wrong size, or option chosen.
