As you step into the iconic pink façade, you'll be greeted by the warmth of attentive staff who are dedicated to making your experience nothing short of exceptional. When visiting in 2024, I found just the simple valet at the hotel entrance fascinating to watch. It seems each guest arrives in a high end sports car or luxury vehicle that I didn't even know existed.

Classic music from timeless Hollywood plus in the courtyard and you'll feel like walking through the set of a classic film listening to Frank Sinatra while enjoying the smells of freshly planted flowers. 

Dining Delights: Explore the Culinary Options at The Beverly Hills Hotel

When staying at the hotel, the iconic Polo Lounge is a must-see. The menu features tasty items like the renowned lobster club sandwich, which perfectly marries fresh seafood with crispy bacon and ripe tomatoes, all layered between toasted bread. For those seeking something heartier, the filet mignon is a crowd favorite—cooked to perfection and accompanied by truffle mashed potatoes that melt in your mouth. But, as good as the food at The Polo Lounge is, it takes a backseat to the ambiance. The low ceilings and elegant decor feel very historic and the outdoor seating is quant and surrounded by lush greenery making for a cozy experience. Be sure to check out the fantastic wine list, but keep in mind, that the Polo Lounge does have a dress code as I found out when visiting. The restaurant requires business casual attire and does not allow hats, open-toed shoes, or shorts in order to maintain the upscale dining atmosphere.

If just stopping into the hotel as a tourist or maybe to see some celebrities, The Fountain Coffee Room is a perfect place to take a break and people watch. Found in the basement of the hotel, the quaint and charming coffee room offers not only a delightful menu but also a cozy atmosphere that feels both nostalgic and vibrant. The classy decor, complete with comfortable seating and vintage artwork, sets the stage for enjoying a coffee. The food is great, as well. From hearty breakfasts with  to delectable desserts, each item is prepared with care and attention to detail. The Fountain Coffee Room prides itself on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, ensuring every bite is bursting with flavor. 

Finally, Bar Nineteen12, named after the year the hotel opened, provides the perfect place for a nightcap after dinner or an enticing start to an evening out.
